Victor Plank Harms is the founder of Mad Skills Media Group, a mad and dreamy storytelling company shaping the future of video production.

• Based in New York City, Victor specializes in creating and producing TV formats for the biggest broadcasters and streaming platforms in the US, Canada, and Scandinavia.

• Victor's passion for development began years ago when he interned at a small niche production company in Canada. Since then, he has worked in development for Fox Entertainment in Los Angeles, several production companies in New York, and Banijay's companies in his native Denmark.

• Victor holds an M.A. in Media Studies from The New School in Manhattan and a B.A. in Radio and Television Arts from The Danish School of Media and Journalism. He also spent a year in Toronto, interning at Cineflix Productions and completing a semester at Ryerson University.

• Victor has served on juries for the RealScreen Awards, Copenhagen TV Festival, and NYC's Winter Film Festival.
